Mrs. Najwa Musallam

Mrs. Najwa Musallam is a Senior Respiratory Therapist (RT1) at the King Hussein Cancer Center (KHCC) in Jordan, with over 25 years of extensive experience in critical care and mechanical ventilation. She specializes in advanced airway management across adult, pediatric, and neonatal intensive care units.

Mrs. Musallam is an AHA-certified BLS and Heartsaver Instructor, as well as an ACLS and PALS provider. She is an active member of CPR and rapid response teams, contributing significantly to emergency care and patient outcomes.

In addition to her clinical expertise, she is a published researcher with a strong focus on continuous quality improvement in respiratory care. She has also been a speaker at several medical conferences in Jordan.

Passionate about community health, Mrs. Musallam actively volunteers in CPR emergency response initiatives and smoking awareness campaigns.
