10 Recipients of USD 1,000 + Complimentary Conference Registration
For Accepted Abstract Submitters
- The Committee will make its independent selection by the first week of August 2026
- 10 grant recipients will be notified in by early August 2026
- Grants will be provided at the end of the final day of the conference and can be collected from the Speakers Room.
- Failure to attend all three days of the conference may result in the cancellation of the grant unless a valid justification is provided.
- Open to all presenters with an accepted abstract 4th ArRC Scientific Conference 2026.
- Selection will ensure diversity in presenter demographics – country, gender, age, and specialty — to provide equal opportunity.
- Preference will be given to applicants with indexed publications in the past 5 years — this is not a requirement to apply.
- Grant is exclusively for attendance at the 4th ArRC Scientific Conference 2026
- Applicant should attend all 3 days of the conference otherwise the grant will be considered forfeited.
- In case of absence due to illness or other unavoidable situations, the grant will be considered forfeited unless justified
- All travel documentation (visa, study leave, etc.) is the applicant’s responsibility.
- Applicants are only eligible for one source of funding. If additional funding becomes available (e.g., institutional or external support), they must immediately inform the committee, as this may affect their eligibility for the travel grant.
- Complimentary registration is included for all travel grant recipients
