Dr. Chafika Lasfer is a Consultant Emergency Physician at Fakeeh University Hospital, Dubai, and Program Director of the Emergency Medicine Residency Program.
Her work centres on raising the standard of emergency care and on the people who deliver it. Alongside her clinical practice, she is committed to mentoring junior physicians — developing them not only as competent clinicians, but as future leaders who practise with compassion. She founded and coordinated the residents’ mentorship program at the Emergency Residency Program and holds a Master’s in Health Professions Education.
