Speaking on
A seasoned Emergency Medicine Consultant and healthcare leader with over 12 years of international experience across France, the United Kingdom, and the United Arab Emirates, my career has been shaped by practice in some of the world’s most prestigious medical institutions, including Pasteur University Hospital (France), Princess Grace Hospital (Monaco), Guy’s and St Thomas’ NHS Foundation Trust (UK), and Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital (Dubai).
Currently, I serve as an Emergency Medicine Consultant and Head of the Emergency Department at Dr. Sulaiman Al Habib Hospital, Dubai, where I lead high-performing multidisciplinary teams, optimize emergency care pathways, and drive quality and patient safety initiatives. Under my leadership, the department has evolved into a model of efficiency and clinical excellence. In parallel, I serve as Director of the Life Support Center, where I have elevated training standards, ensured financial sustainability, and achieved international accreditation.
With over 8 years of experience in the UAE, I have developed deep expertise in the national healthcare system, including regulatory frameworks, insurance models, patient expectations, and key industry stakeholders. My role extends beyond clinical leadership, as I actively contribute to hospital-wide strategic planning, JCIA accreditation processes, and patient safety governance, serving as a core member of the Code Blue, Morbidity & Mortality, and Quality & Safety Committees.
In addition to my clinical and administrative responsibilities, I hold an MBA in Healthcare Management from Birmingham City University, UK, strengthening my expertise in hospital operations, financial strategy, and healthcare administration. I am also highly engaged in international medical education, research, and public speaking, and regularly present at major global emergency medicine conferences.
Fluent in English, French, and Arabic, I bring a multicultural, systems-based perspective to patient care, hospital leadership, and medical education, positioning myself for senior clinical leadership and executive healthcare roles.
