Dr. Sajjad Ahmed Khan

Dr. Sajjad Ahmed Khan is a distinguished medical researcher from Nepal and a graduate of Birat Medical College, driven by the conviction that meaningful research can transform lives and shape the future of medicine. With more than 100 scientific publications, multiple research grants, and extensive experience as a peer reviewer for international journals, he has established himself as an emerging voice in global health research and academic medicine.

He currently serves as Deputy Editor-in-Chief of the International Journal of Medical Students, where he advocates for and empowers early-career researchers through mentorship, scholarly collaboration, and academic leadership. Recognized as Nepal’s Youngest Health Researcher 2025 by the Nepal Health Research Council (NHRC), Dr. Khan has been invited to speak at numerous national and international scientific conferences and has also served as a panelist at the 9th Asia Pacific Cardiometabolic Society (APCMS) Congress in Seoul, South Korea.
