Effectiveness of a Microlearning Intervention With Spaced Repetition for Retention of Critical Resuscitation Skills Among Egyptian Paramedics: A Randomized Controlled Trial

Dr. Mohamed El-Sherbiny is an Emergency Consultant with extensive experience in emergency medical services, prehospital emergency care, EMS operations, and professional training. He has built a long-standing career within the Egyptian Ambulance Organization, with extensive experience in emergency response systems and the development of the EMS workforce.

He currently serves as Head of the Central Administration for Training at the Egyptian Ambulance Organization (EAO), where he contributes to the development and strengthening of training systems and professional competencies within emergency medical services.

Dr. El-Sherbiny has broad experience in EMS workforce development, operational preparedness, emergency response, and competency-based training. His professional interests include strengthening prehospital emergency care, improving the readiness and performance of EMS personnel, and supporting the continuous development of emergency medical services in Egypt.
