Association of Early Versus Late Epinephrine Administration With Outcomes After Pediatric Out-of-Hospital Cardiac Arrest: A Systematic Review and Meta-analysis

I am a medical researcher and medical writer with a strong interest in clinical research, evidence synthesis, and evidence-based medicine. I obtained my MBBCh in Medicine and Surgery from Al-Azhar University, Egypt, and currently work as a Medical Writer at RAY-CRO, where I contribute to clinical practice guideline development, study design, systematic reviews, meta-analyses, and scientific manuscript preparation. My research experience spans multiple clinical specialties, including cardiology, neurology, surgery, and infectious diseases, with a particular interest in cardiology, my dream specialty. I also have experience in GRADE-based guideline development, network meta-analysis, statistical analysis, and evidence synthesis. I have collaborated on international research projects, including the Global Evaluation of Cholecystectomy Knowledge and Outcomes (GECKO) study, and have led several research projects as a first author. My research has been presented at international conferences, including CRT, MENACTRIMS, ACC Middle East, IASGO, and the European Atherosclerosis Society. I have received several research awards and competitive travel grants, including the Heinz Stammberger Resident Research Competition Award, and the Arab Resuscitation Council Scientific Conference travel grant. Additionally, I have contributed to peer-reviewed publications in journals including The Lancet Global Health, Cardiology in Review, Perioperative Medicine, and Langenbeck’s Archives of Surgery. In addition to my medical and research career, I am a published novelist, reflecting my passion for scientific communication, writing, and creative expression.
