Ibrahim Gholeh is the Director of EMS and Emergency Services for Ramallah & Al-Bireh Governorate at the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS).
With over 30 years of progressive experience in prehospital care—from field paramedic to executive leadership—he has held pivotal roles including Director of the PRCS EMS Institute and EMS Director for the entire West Bank.
He is currently a PhD Researcher at the University of Manouba, Tunisia, investigating entrepreneurial thinking and sustainability models within health systems.
In addition to his leadership roles, he is an experienced instructor and trainer in advanced emergency care and professional development programs.
His current research examines behavioral barriers to dispatcher-assisted CPR in conflict-affected settings.
