Hamsa Ossama Sahlieh is a final-year medical student at Syrian Private University in Damascus, Syria, and the founder of Roaya Team, the first Syrian initiative dedicated to inclusive first aid and CPR education.She is a certified trainer of the Blind Paramedic Program, having completed a Training of Trainers (ToT) program delivered by King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Centre and the Saudi Red Crescent Authority. Through Roaya, she develops and delivers adapted training for people with visual and hearing impairments, with a focus on making resuscitation skills accessible and practical. Her work also involves developing pre- and post-training assessment methods to evaluate learning outcomes. Her research focuses on the acquisition and application of first aid and resuscitation skills among Syrian society
