Dr. Carlos is a Senior Consultant in General, Trauma, and Acute Care Surgery with over 25 years of international experience. Recognized educator in trauma and emergency surgery training, holding faculty and instructor roles in ATLS, DSTC, European Trauma Course, and Bleeding Control (ACS Stop the Bleed). Currently a Consultant Surgeon at Mediclinic Parkview Hospital, Dubai (UAE) and Chair of the Emergency Surgery Section of the European Society for Trauma & Emergency Surgery (ESTES).
