Naser Jamil is a dedicated Nurse Supervisor who has been contributing to the healthcare sector since joining Rashid Hospital on April 29, 2007. He earned his registered nurse qualification from Ibn Sina College in Palestine in 1996 and later pursued a Master’s degree in Healthcare Management (HCM) at SBS University in Dubai in 2023. Naser actively engages in various roles and responsibilities, showcasing his commitment to excellence in healthcare. As a member of the Dubai Heart Safe City (DHSC) initiative, he serves on the DHSC Committee and leads the Rashid Hospital Cardiology Team in the Dubai We Learn Program. Naser is instrumental in spreading awareness about CPR, cardiac arrest recognition, and AED usage among the Dubai population. His involvement extends to committees such as the Cardiac Center of Excellence and the Cardiology and Vascular Service Line.

He leads efforts for Clinical Care Program Certification (CCPC) re-accreditation, manages the acute stroke unit, and oversees the development of online ECG courses for nurses. Additionally, Naser plays a pivotal role in policy and procedure reviews, cardiac rehabilitation, and outreach programs at Rashid Hospital. His extensive engagement includes active participation in JCI Tracer and patient safety goals standards. Continuously updating his knowledge, Naser attends significant cardiac conferences, contributing to the hospital’s quality indicators and documentation audit tools. Currently, Naser is focused on data collection for the OHCA registry, finalizing the training program for DHSC, conducting public awareness programs, supervising five research projects, and spearheading a communication project for RH HCP. Naser Jamil’s multifaceted contributions underscore his commitment to advancing healthcare initiatives and improving patient outcomes.
