Mr. Mohamed Rouane

Mr. Mohamed Rouane is an EMS Educator at National Ambulance UAE, with a Master’s degree in Healthcare Simulation. He is the founder and currently honorary president of the MLS Association, a nonprofit organization focused on promoting community awareness about first aid and resuscitation in Morocco. Prior to his role in education, he served for four years as a critical care nurse, and he remains passionate about improving public response and professional training in life-saving emergencies across the Arab region.
