Dr. Maitha Rashid Alfalasi

Dr. Maitha Alfalasi is an Emergency Physician and Medical Director with extensive experience in trauma and prehospital emergency medicine. Currently serving at the Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services, she leads initiatives in clinical governance, policy development, and advanced prehospital care systems.

With a strong background at Rashid Hospital Trauma Center, Dr. Alfalasi has managed critical trauma cases, mentored residents, and contributed to multiple research and quality improvement projects. A Harvard Medical School alumna of the Medical Director Leadership Institute, she is recognized for her leadership, innovation in EMS development, and commitment to advancing emergency medicine standards in the UAE.

Fluent in Arabic and English, Dr. Alfalasi combines clinical expertise, academic excellence, and a passion for improving patient care systems both locally and internationally.
