Dr. Sabrina Berdouk is a consultant in emergency medicine with a special interest in advanced cardiac life support and resuscitation science.

Dr. Berdouk served at Sheikh Khalifa Medical City, where she was a Program Director of the Postgraduate Emergency Medicine Residency Program. In this role, she was instrumental in training the next generation of emergency physicians. She also worked as a Consultant in Pediatric Emergency Medicine, balancing clinical excellence with educational mentorship.

Dr. Berdouk holds a Doctor of Medicine (MD) from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland, a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from McGill University, and a Master’s in Medical Education and Health Professions Leadership from Johns Hopkins University. She also earned a degree in Healthcare Management and Quality from Harvard University, and holds certifications from the University of Toronto and Université de Montréal. In addition, she is a certified ACLS Instructor and holds ATLS, CEUS, and PALS certifications.

Beyond the bedside, Dr. Berdouk has published extensively in international peer-reviewed journals, spoken at global conferences, and led world-class workshops—shaping thought and practice in emergency medicine worldwide. Her foundation in nursing, combined with her leadership in clinical practice, allows her to bridge compassion with strategy in a uniquely impactful way.
