Mr. Kais Y. Al-Kafaween

Kais Al-Kafaween serves as Deputy Nursing Director, and Emergency & OR Ambulatory Nursing Supervisor at the Ministry of Defense Health Services. Kais is a seasoned emergency nursing leader with over 20 years of experience across Saudi Arabia and Jordan.

Kais has led major quality and resuscitation initiatives, including national code blue improvements, triage optimization, stroke code protocols, and ED development projects. He is a certified instructor in ACLS, BLS, and stroke life support, and has served as a speaker and director in numerous international nursing and emergency medicine conferences across the Gulf region.
