10 Recipients of USD 1000 including Complimentary Conference Registration
For Accepted Abstract Submitters
- The Committee will make its independent selection by the first week of September 2025
- 10 grant recipients will be notified in September 2025
- Grants will be provided after submitting a certificate of attendance on the final day of the conference.
- Open to all Healthcare Providers who have an accepted abstract.
- Selection criteria include:
- Country, age, specialty, number of indexed publications (past 5 years)
- Gender and geographic diversity to ensure equal opportunity
- Grant is exclusively for attendance at the 3rd ArRC Scientific Conference 2025
- In case of absence due to illness or other unavoidable situations, the grant will be considered forfeited unless justified
- All travel documentation (visa, study leave, etc.) is the applicant’s responsibility.
- Applicants are only eligible for one source of funding. If additional funding becomes available (e.g., institutional or external support), they must immediately inform the committee, as this may affect their eligibility for the travel grant.
- Complimentary registration is included for all travel grant recipients
